詳細講述某事，例如敘述故事或經歷的經過；也指重新計數，特別是選舉中的選票。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
比“tell”正式，多用於正式場合或書面語。重新點票時常用名詞“a recount”。不要與“recant”（撤回說法）混淆。
