Definition

再建とは、壊れたり変化したものを元の状態に戻したり作り直すことです。建物や歴史的時代、情報や画像の復元などに用いられます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「再建」「復元」はフォーマルで、歴史・医療・技術の場で使われます。日常会話ではあまり使いません。「Reconstruction era（再建時代）」のように歴史用語としても現れます。
