"Recapture" é algo formal e frequentemente usado em contextos legais, militares ou financeiros (por ex.: "recapturar a cidade", "recapturar fundos"). Pode referir-se tanto a algo físico quanto abstrato. Não confundir com "capture" (primeira captura). Expressões comuns: "recapture the lead", "recapture a prisoner".
