「record（録音・録画）」の略語で、録音や録画を始める時や録画状態を指すときに使われるカジュアルな表現です。

レックは日常会話や機器の表示などカジュアルや技術的な場面で使われます。正式な文章では「録音」「録画」と表現しましょう。
