読み取り値は、機器のディスプレイなどに表示される数値やデータ、または会議などの内容をまとめた公式な報告を指します。

技術的や科学的文脈（例えば機器の数値表示や実験データ）で多く使われます。会議後のまとめにも使いますが、日常会話ではほとんど使いません。
