何かが起こったときに、人が示す言動や感情のことを指します。体が薬や食べ物、化学物質に対して示す反応も含みます。

日常会話でよく使われます。「have a reaction」「show no reaction」など英語表現と一緒に使われます。感情面でも医学・化学的な現象にも使います。
