「reaches」は誰かが場所や目標に到達する、または何かを取るために手を伸ばすことを意味します。

いつも三人称単数・現在形で使われます。「She reaches...」「He reaches for...」のように。「reaches out」とは意味が異なります。

She reaches the top of the mountain at noon.

彼女は正午に山の頂上に**到達する**。
