「reached」は場所に到着したり、何かに手が届いたり、人に連絡を取ったり、目標に達したことを表します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

'reached home'（家に着いた）、'reached for the bottle'（ボトルに手を伸ばした）、'reached 100'（100に達した）、'reached out to me'（連絡をとった）など、幅広い使い方があります。「arrive」は場所だけですが、「reach」はもっと広く使えます。接触や連絡には「reach」や「reach for」を使い、「reach to」は基本使いません。
