牧場主指的是擁有或管理大型牧場，尤其養牛、馬等牲畜的人。

“Rancher” 主要在北美使用，特指飼養牛隻或馬匹的牧場主。不要與 “farmer” 混為一談，後者指種植或飼養皆可。常見用法有“cattle rancher”、“Texas rancher”。
