Definition

古くなった油や脂肪が劣化したときに出る強い不快なにおいや味。主に食べ物が傷んだ場合に使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

日常会話ではほとんど使われません。「酸化臭い」や「古い油臭い」が一般的です。食品のみに使い、人には使いません。
