Forma de tercera persona singular de 'llover': se usa para decir que está lloviendo o que algo ocurre regularmente con la lluvia.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Solo se usa con 'it' como sujeto: 'it rains'. Describe el clima habitual o actual. Para lluvia fuerte, se dice 'it pours' o 'it rains heavily', no 'it strong rains'.
