Definition

鹹派是一種以酥皮為底、加入蛋、牛奶或奶油、起司以及蔬菜、肉類或海鮮等其他配料的鹹味派。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

“Quiche” 起源於法國料理，不論正式或非正式場合皆適用。最著名的是“Quiche Lorraine”，有培根和起司。常見於早餐、早午餐或午餐。中文常直接用音譯或稱為“鹹派”。
