“Quarts”, 'quart' kelimesinin çoğul halidir; ABD'de yaklaşık 0,95 litreye, İngiltere'de ise yaklaşık 1,14 litreye eşittir ve sıvı ölçümünde kullanılır.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Tariflerde ve sıvı ölçümlerinde, özellikle ABD ve İngiltere’de kullanılır; genellikle “of” ile (‘two quarts of milk’) kullanılır. Türkiye’de yaygın değildir, genellikle litreye çevrilir.
