Definition
パーサーは、船や飛行機でお金の管理、乗客の記録、乗務員のまとめ役をする人です。主に船では会計担当、飛行機ではチーフ乗務員を指します。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「パーサー」は船や飛行機など大きな乗り物で使われます。飛行機ならチーフ乗務員、船なら経理・乗客担当役員をさします。電車やバスには使いません。「chief purser」「ship's purser」「flight purser」などの表現があります。
