サイコパスとは、強い人格障害を持ち、共感や罪悪感を持たず、危険な行動や反社会的な行為をすることが多い人です。

「サイコパス」は医学的な用語ですが、日常会話でも他人に共感しない危険な人を表すときに使われることがあります。「crazy」よりも強い言葉で、不快に受け取られる場合があります。「sociopath」とは意味が重なる部分もありますが区別されることがあります。
