ある結果を得るために決まった順番で行う一連の方法や手続きを指します。公式や医療の場面でも使われます。

ビジネスや医療、公式な場面でよく使われます。「安全手順」「標準手続き」などの表現も多いです。日常会話では「プロセス」が自然な場合もありますが、「手順」や「手続き」は決まった流れがある場合に使います。
