Kadın rahip, dini törenleri yöneten veya dini görevleri yerine getiren kadın kişidir. Genellikle eski dinler veya geleneklerde kullanılır.

'Kadın rahip' veya 'rahibe' daha çok eski dinler, mitoloji veya fantastik edebiyatta geçer. Modern büyük dinlerde yaygın değildir.
