液体をゆっくりと流し入れる動作、または天気については非常に激しく雨が降っていること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

天気では『It's pouring』が自然で、強い雨を指す。他の動詞『boiling』『streaming』と区別して使うこと。液体には『into』『out』『over』とともに使う。
