「投稿」はインターネット上にメッセージや写真を載せること、または組織内で任命された仕事のポジションのことを指します。

ネット用語として「投稿」が一般的です。「job posting」は求人情報、「posting a comment」はコメント投稿。「配属」は仕事や会社内での任命で使います。
