擁有很少的錢或資源。也可以指品質很差的事物，或用來同情處於困境的人。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
常用於指人沒錢：'a poor family'。也形容品質差：'poor service'。可用來表達同情：'Oh, you poor thing!'。正式非正式皆可用，官方多用“低收入”。不會用於無法改變的東西。
