“Poking” 指用手指或尖銳物體輕推、戳或捅某物，通常是快速或反覆進行。也可以指插手或干涉不屬於自己的事。

多用於非正式場合，經常出現在 'poke fun at'（取笑）、'poke around'（到處翻找）、'stop poking your nose into...'（別多管閒事）等搭配。通常是輕推或戳，非強力推。
