スポーツリーグでシーズン終了後に行われ、優勝や最終順位を決めるための複数の試合や対戦のシリーズ。

特に北米のスポーツ（NBA、NFLなど）でよく使われます。「プレーオフ」は複数の試合を指し、単数ではほとんど使いません。
