Playbook 是指包含团队所有计划动作或策略的手册，尤其用于体育运动。它也可以指某人或机构为实现目标所采用的方法或策略集合。

最初是体育术语，现在在商业、科技和政治领域广泛使用。'follow the playbook' 指按照已有策略办事。在商业/技术领域，也指有记录的流程。不等同于 'script'，playbook 更侧重于策略。
