大皿プラッター

Definition

大皿は、大人数用や複数の料理を盛り付けるための大きくて平らなお皿です。

レストランやカジュアルな食事でよく使われ、複数人で分ける料理（例：seafood platter）に適します。小皿には使いません。「銀の皿の上に」などの慣用句もあります。

The vegetables are arranged on a platter.
