Definition

植物は地面に育つ生き物で、花や木、野菜などがあります。工場などの生産施設を指す場合もあります。

一般的には植物を指します。「工場」の意味で使う場合は前後の文脈に注意が必要です。「観葉植物」「工場勤務」などのように使われます。

This plant needs more water.

この**植物**はもっと水が必要です。
