Plank 指的是長而平的木板，也指一種運動，身體打直僅靠手臂和腳尖支撐。

'Plank' 可指建築、木工的“木板”，在運動中亦是常見核心訓練，單數用於運動（hold a plank），木板多用複數。與 'blank'（空白）不同。
