“Pips”通常指水果（如蘋果或橙子）中的小籽，也可以指骰子或紙牌上的點，或是短促的嗶聲。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

“Pips”多指英式英語下水果的籽，美式則常用“seed”或“pit”。在遊戲中，“pip”指骰子或紙牌的小圓點。廣播裡，“the pips”是報時嗶聲。別和軍階標章“pip”弄混。
