Definition
用别针或类似物固定住，让它不能移动。也可以指将某物标为重要或置顶（如网络上的置顶帖子）。

既能指实际用别针固定，也常用于网络术语指“置顶”的内容。正、口语场合都可以用。不要与“hope pinned on”（寄托希望）混淆。
