Definition
ペチュニアは、ピンク、紫、赤、白、黄色など様々な色の大きなラッパ型の花を咲かせる人気の園芸植物です。鮮やかな花が長く咲くため、花壇や鉢、ハンギングバスケットによく植えられます。

「ペチュニアズ」は複数形。南米原産で、園芸植物として世界的に普及しています。ジョークや愛称で使われることもあります。
