Definition

すりこぎは、料理や薬の調理・調合時に、すり鉢の中で材料をつぶしたり、砕いたりするための重く棒状の道具です。

普通「すり鉢」とセット（すり鉢とすりこぎ）で使う言葉です。料理や薬局関連で用いられる専門的な用語です。
