'Peeked' é o passado de 'peek.' Refere-se a um olhar rápido e secreto, normalmente por uma brecha ou quando não se quer ser visto. Muito usado em 'peeked around the corner.' Não confundir com 'glanced' (olhadela rápida, mas não secreta) ou 'stared' (olhar fixamente).
