足や足の爪をきれいにし、形を整えたりカラーを塗ったりする美容ケア。足の皮膚のケアも含まれる。

主に足専用の施術で、手に使う場合は「マニキュア」と区別します。「ペディキュアを受ける」「ペディキュアをしてあげる」とよく言います。サロン・自宅どちらでも行えます。
