Definition

パビリオンは、公園や展示会などで使われる、壁が少なくて軽い造りの建物です。大きな施設の中の独立した建物を指すこともあります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に公園・イベント会場の仮設的または装飾的な建物に使われます。'gazebo'（小型屋根付きベンチ）や'tent'（テント）とは異なります。例：スポーツパビリオン、展示パビリオン。
