Definition
İki adet eşleşmiş veya birlikte olan nesne ya da kişi. Örneğin; iki çorap bir çift, iki kişi beraber çalışıyorsa onlar bir çift olur.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
'Çift' özellikle iki nesne veya kişi için kullanılır ('çift ayakkabı', 'çift çorap'). Matematikte de iki şey birlikteyse 'çift' denir. 'Pair' ile 'peer' karıştırılmamalı.
