「owned」は「own」の過去形・過去分詞で、ある物が人や会社などの所有であることを表します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主語の後に使われることが多いですが、『family-owned business』のように名詞の前で使う表現もあります。ネットスラングの「owned（やられた）」とは意味が異なります。
