Definition

‘Ourselves’, ‘we’ का reflexive रूप है। इसका मतलब है कि काम करने वाले और उसी काम का असर पाने वाले लोग वही हैं, और यह ज़ोर देने के लिए भी इस्तेमाल होता है, जैसे ‘we did it ourselves’.

Usage Notes (Hindi)

इसे reflexive रूप में verb या preposition के बाद इस्तेमाल किया जाता है: 'We hurt ourselves', 'We talked to ourselves'. ज़ोर देने के लिए भी बहुत इस्तेमाल होता है: 'We built it ourselves'. इसे subject के रूप में 'we' की जगह मत लगाइए: 'We went home' सही है, 'Ourselves went home' नहीं.
