摺紙是一種透過摺疊紙張來製作形狀、動物或裝飾品的藝術，通常不需剪刀或膠水。

「摺紙」源自日文，是全球通用的詞彙。既可當作嗜好，也為傳統藝術。中文常用“做摺紙”或“摺出…”。通常不會說「一個摺紙」，但可說「摺紙鶴」等具體作品。
