Definition

একটি ছিদ্র হচ্ছে কোনো বস্তু বা যন্ত্রে প্রবেশ বা নির্গমনের জন্য তৈরি গোলাকার বা বিশেষ খোলার স্থান, যা সাধারণত দেহ বা যন্ত্রাংশে দেখা যায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

প্রধানভাবে চিকিৎসা, প্রকৌশল কিংবা বৈজ্ঞানিক প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়। দৈনন্দিন কথায় সাধারণত ‘hole’ বা ‘opening’ বেশি প্রচলিত। যেমন 'nasal orifice', 'valve orifice' প্রযুক্তিগত টার্ম।
