Definition

一種可以從中提取金屬的岩石或土壤。礦石中含有可用採礦技術提取的重要金屬或礦物。

「礦石」多在科學、採礦或工業語境下使用。常見如「鐵礦石」、「銅礦石」、「金礦石」。不用於指製成品的金屬。
