クラシック音楽で作曲家の作品を識別するために番号付けされた音楽作品のことを「作品番号」または「オーパス」といいます。通常は音楽に使います。

「Opus」は主にクラシック音楽で使われ、一般的な音楽や他の芸術分野ではほとんど使われません。たとえば「Opus 27」などのように番号を表します。
