군대, 경찰, 혹은 조직에서 직위와 권한을 가진 사람을 뜻합니다. 군인이나 경찰의 계급, 회사 임원을 모두 포함합니다.

'경찰 장교', '육군 장교', '임원'과 같이 구체적으로 사용하세요. 단독으로 쓰면 경찰관을 말하는 경우가 많습니다. 'official(공무원)'과는 다릅니다.
