一種一端有扁平葉片的長棍，用來划船或控制船隻方向。

多用於划船場合，不要和'paddle'（短槳，用於獨木舟）混淆。常見用語有“劃槳”、“掉槳”。極少用於比喻。

Examples

He picked up the oar and started rowing.
