Definition

提名是指正式推薦某人或某事擔任職位、獲得獎項或榮譽。通常會考慮多個提名，然後再做最終選擇。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

經常用於獎項、選舉或正式職位，如“奧斯卡提名”、“總統提名”。和“申請”不同，提名多為他人推薦。通常後面接'for'（如nominations for best actor）。
