Definition

「名目上の」は、名前だけ存在していて実質的ではないものや、額・価値・重要性がとても小さいことを指します。また、名前や肩書きに関する意味もあります。

「名目上」「名ばかり」は「名目上の料金」「名目上の上司」などの形で使われます。形式的な肩書きや実際には少額のときなど、フォーマルな場面で使います。
