Definition

একজন nestor হলেন এমন কেউ যিনি সবচেয়ে অভিজ্ঞ ও শ্রদ্ধেয়, যিনি সাধারণত উপদেশ দেন এবং গোষ্ঠীর বয়োজ্যেষ্ঠ ব্যক্তি হন।

'Nestor' সাধারণত সাহিত্যিক ও আনুষ্ঠানিক প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়; যেমন অফিস বা শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে বয়োজ্যেষ্ঠ, অভিজ্ঞ ব্যক্তি বোঝাতে। 'Mentor' এবং 'Nestor' আলাদা—'nestor' মানে শ্রদ্ধেয় বা প্রবীণ উপদেষ্টা।
