Definition

人々が小さな声で話すときや、風や水がやさしく動くときに聞こえる静かで低い音。会話や自然の音によく使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

日常会話の普通の声には使いません。群衆や自然の静かな音を表す時に多く用います。「風」「川」「声」などと一緒によく使われます。
