Es un intensificador muy vulgar que se usa para añadir mucha rabia, énfasis o agresividad antes de un sustantivo o adjetivo. Normalmente no se refiere de forma literal a madres ni al sexo; solo hace la expresión mucho más fuerte y ofensiva.
