Definition
ঘোরাঘুরি করে এবং মানুষের বা পশুর রক্ত চুষে খায় এমন ছোট উড়ন্ত পোকা। এরা কামড় দিলে চুলকানি হতে পারে এবং মাঝে মাঝে রোগও ছড়াতে পারে।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
'মশা' শব্দটি একবচন ও বহুবচনে একই। প্রতিদিনের কথোপকথন এবং বৈজ্ঞানিক আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, 'মশার কামড়,' 'মশা রোগ ছড়ায়' এবং 'মশার দল'।
