Definition

床を濡れたモップで掃除して、汚れやほこり、こぼれたものを取り除く行為です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に室内の床掃除に使い、特に「床をモップがけする」と言います。「mop up」は液体汚れにも使えます。屋外にはほとんど使いません。
