ローマ教皇によって特定の高位カトリック司祭に与えられる名誉称号で、特別な功績や地位の印です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

正式な敬称で、必ず大文字で始めます。『Monsignor Sato』のように名前の前に使います。司教や枢機卿には使いません。
